5/5 Stars – Absolutely phenomenal Omakase experience! Hands down the best Omakase experience I’ve had! We came here to celebrate my birthday with a family of four, and Sushi Hayashi in Williamsburg completely blew us away from start to finish. The sushi was unbelievably fresh, but what took it to the next level was their incredible offering: unlimited beer, sake, and soda, plus two extra rounds of unlimited sea scallops, lean tuna, fatty tuna, and grilled eel. Every single bite was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. A special shoutout to Alan and the entire staff—they were so unbelievably attentive, friendly, and made the whole night feel extra special. The vibes and hospitality were top-tier. We will 100% be back. If you’re in Williamsburg, do not pass this spot up! 🍣🍶✨

Overall a decent spot. After 14 pieces you get to order 2 rounds of sushi from lean tuna fatty tuna scallop and eel. So technically “ not “ unlimited /ayce. Each piece left over is charged $6. Also unlimited sake/beer. Service was ok. If you want fast sushi experience then come here. The whole experience felt rushed and you had no time to enjoy the pieces as you feel the need to finish it all quickly before they come again with paper and pen asking how many pieces for your second round.

This place is definitely quantity over quality. The staff was friendly enough but the fish was just ok. Some dishes were definitely better than others but it was all precut and some fish(mainly the tuna) were pretty cold. The otoro also wasn’t the best quality. Also it’s not really unlimited sushi for the time limit, you have to order everything you might want in exactly two orders at the end of the meal so you’re forced into possibly ordering too much or too little, and you’re charged for anything you don’t finish. Idk I’d rather just go to a better quality omakase where fish is freshly sliced and more care is put into the meal.

This is a gem spot, after a 14 course Omakase, you still get two rounds of unlimited sushi of Scallop, Fatty tuna (Otoro) and Unagi eel. Amazing service, super friendly, and you won't be leaving this place hungry. Super reasonable price and definitely one of my favorite Omakase spots. Highly recommend everyone to come try this spot. All the fish was super fresh and tasty. It's 10/10

We had the best time at Sushi Hayashi. Newly opened in the past few months, in a great location in Williamsburg. It is all you can eat and drink so it would be a great date, celebration, or pre-game for a longer night! This will be perfect for the summer! I had my birthday dinner here on Sunday night for the last seating and truly had a special time with the manager and the chef. The dinner was a 12 course omakase and then 2 rounds of all-you-can-order scallop, lean tuna, fatty tuna, and unagi!! We drank sake throughout the meal (all you can drink) and talked with the manager and the chef the entire night, it was really cute! They really made it such a special evening and I would really recommend this to anyone who loves an affordable omakase. I’ve had a variety of omakases and at a variety of price points, and this was really really great quality for the price. I’ll definitely be coming here whenever there is something to celebrate. Everything tasted really nice - some highlights for me were: the tuna uni caviar toast, scallop (unlimited!), fatty tuna, and sweet shrimp
